    Hello,
Everything works fine with standard posts and categories.

But when I use a custom post type and a custom taxonomy, the filters work correctly on the shortcode editor preview, but disappear on the site.

Custom post type and custom taxonomy are created with ACF.
No PHP messages. No console messages.
The site is under WordPress 6.4.1 and WP Ultimate Post Grid 3.9.1

    Thanks for your help,

I found a solution, the page slug was the post type slug.
I guess this created a conflict.

Happy to hear you get things working! It does sound like it was displaying the archive page for the post type, instead of the actual page content.

Do let me know if you experience any other issues at all.

    Thank you for your help.

No, it was the page with your short code, your display and your layout.
The only thing missing was the filter.

I don’t see how the slug could cause a conflict in that case. The filter is hidden by default though and will not show up if there are any JavaScript errors (since the filter wouldn’t function in that case anyway). Could that have been the issue?

As indicated in my initial message, I had two pages, one displaying posts, the other displaying custom posts.
In all my tests, the first always displayed the filter, the second only displayed it when I changed the page slug.

In any case, it’s the only significant change I’ve observed.

I’m (as always) behind schedule on this project.
I’ll try to reproduce the problem once I’ve returned it to the client.

    Thanks for your help,
