    Hello,

I just have noticed that Yoast is not working properly in Elementor anymore.
This has happened since one of the most recent updates, but I can’t tell exactly which one.

For example, the SEO analisys, still available in the wordpress ‘edit’ mode, is not available (or at least greatly incomplete) in the Yoast panel.

Another example: in wordpress ‘edit’ mode all my pages have the green dot, while the same pages, in Elementor, have the red dot.

    What’s happening?

    Please help.
    Thanks.
    A.

    Hello,

the biggest problem is that I don’t get the ‘live’ page analysis in the Yoast tab of Elementor.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hello @anthyx & @unipew,

I’m sorry about your experience. We are aware of an issue with Elementor 3.18 and Yoast SEO 21.6 where the SEO and readability analysis don’t load; you will notice a spinning circle within the Elementor editor and AI doesn’t work in the Elementor editor.

In the meantime, you can temporarily roll back to version 3.17.x using Elementor’s version control feature. The feature can be found in the WordPress admin area at?Elementor > Tools > Version Control. You can find instructions?from Elementor.

    • For Elementor (free) the previous version is 3.17.3
    • For Elementor?Pro?the rollback version is 3.17.1

Important!?Always backup your database before making changes such as rolling back.

    Hello @maybellyne,

    thanks for your fast reply.
I have just updated Elementor to the last version (3.18.1), and Yoast seems to work fine without any rollback.
Would you confirm this “Yoast side”?

    Thanks a lot.

    @anthyx Thanks for your reply.

This issue was specific to the 3.18 so it appears it was addressed as part of the 3.18.1 updated. If you should need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know.
