    Hello,

We have an issue with adding to cart products.

Customer says : “I am trying to order a couple of things and i keep being sent in a loop, can’t get items to go into my cart. website comes up, but ordering is not right.”

Seem that once customer add product to cart, the loading keeps looping.

Few customer succeed to place orders, I tried on my end and different browser couldn’t replicate the issue.

But we have already 4 customers that complained in 2 days.

Do you know where this could come from?

    Thank you,

    Hey @mmmediterranean,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like customers are experiencing issues adding items to the cart however you are unable to replicate this, correct?

Checking you site, I am also unable to replicate the issue as items are adding to the cart without any problems:

Since you have not been able to successfully replicate the issue, could you perhaps try and gather some additional information from the customers experiencing this issue, such as:

    • Which products are being added to the cart?
    • What browser and browser version are they using? This can be checked here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
    • Does this happen on mobile or pc (or both)?
    • Are they seeing any errors when adding items to the cart?
    • Are these customers ordering from similar locations?

This type of information could help us find any similarities and possibly help narrow down the cause of the issue.

Additionally, it may be helpful to check your server logs for any error messages or warnings that might shed light on the issue. Look for any patterns or specific error codes occurring when customers encounter this behavior.

In the meantime, sometimes, caching or stored cookies can create conflicts that result in looping behavior. You can ask the affected customers to try clear their browser cache and cookies to see if this resolves the problem.

    Looking forward to your response!

Well it is not resolve, I couldn’t figure where the problem was from, I deactivate a multi location plugin I used it might help.

other than that, it seem to be random, any where any plateform or browser and any products..

    Hi there @mmmediterranean ??

I took another look at the site at https://mmmediterranean.com/shop/, and everything was as expected. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.

other than that, it seem to be random, any where any plateform or browser and any products..

It appears that to find the culprit, the common things among visitors need to be cross-referenced. The good news is that the site performs as expected for my colleague and I.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
We will be happy to help you further.
