    Hi Nick, Could you assist? I am using Elementor and created a custom Loop for the Product Archive.

    When I clicked on the Filter > choose Parts, it loaded related products but displayed unrelated categories. See Screenshot. And I noticed the filtering result is a bit slower now. Please assist. I tried contacting email support unfortunately it’s a bit slow. If possible assist asap.

    Hello Nick, your paid support is taking us 3-4 days to reply on a very basic enquiry. Are you able to provide another support person? I am unable to move ahead with my development due to the issue Iam encountering.

    A month or two before the new year, users began to actively solve all their questions/problems by contacting support and sending entire lists of questions that had been collected over the previous 10-11 months. In addition, we are in the active season of viral diseases with all the ensuing consequences.

    The screenshot is not very informative, we need to test the setup.

    Judging by the length of your support ticket, the questions are far from simple and there is far more than one question.

    I asked our specialists to speed up, but at the moment 2 out of 3 requests contain the text “ASAP!!!”

    Hello Nick, I retracted most of my requests and even asked your support team to disregard my previous query due to the delay and changed the filer setup instead.

    I then sent a new request to the issue I encountered last Thursday, December 7, 2023, 11:16 AM. Your support team replied today to escalate it. (three days after)

    Not being a KAREN in this situation but there is really obvious delay in your Support team.

    I purchased both Jetsmartfilter and WBW. Right now I am happy with your plugin’s performance and features and while I am still in the stage of learning it, a good support team will be ideal.

    Two of these three days are weekends.
    There are delays at the moment, I did not deny this, I explained the reasons for the delays above.
