Google fonts (GDPR)

Hello,

I have a question about the Google fonts that are loaded with the widget.

I noticed uder Widget settings > advanced settings that there is an option for adding custom css to load custom font. When using this, will this disable the loading of external Google Fonts?
I ask this because this is not in compliance with GDPR rules when loading external things from Google services (not a speed loading issue).

My follow up questions is if there is any short documentation/example of how to load the website local font with css? Using import or just with “font-family: example;”.
