Even Default wordpress twenty twenty three theme have same issue.

@hozefasmile Thank you very much for the information. I notice that you have many other plugins. Have you attempted to disable them and check which ones are causing this error?

@mr2p , yes I had tried disabling each plugin , the site editor stopped working only after enabling content block builder plugin
