overflow-x on mobile is not working

  • I have created a marquee using css and html…I gave overflow-x to the body hidden and it works for laptop but on mobile the overflow-x property in browser console is dimmed and the marquee element is making the webpage scrolling horizontally…How I can fix this issue.
