    hey Everyone,

    So all my other sections of WooCommerce backend work fine, but the home page is blank. I think it happened during the last update, not sure. The issue is we just launched the site and putting the site on weird themes would be a little scary right now. Especially as an online retail store. Activating and deactivating woocommerce plugin made a mess already and things went in every direction. And no it didn’t fix the pb. So yes, I’d rather try a safer way if that’s possible.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    So all my other sections of WooCommerce backend work fine, but the home page is blank.

    I’m not able to replicate the issue nor find recent reports about it.

    Could you please check for any fatal or plugin-related error logs? You can follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
    2. In the upper right corner, locate the drop-down menu.
    3. Search for keywords like “fatal”.
    4. This should display relevant logs. If you find any, click ‘View’ for each log.
    5. You can copy and paste them here, or use a text-sharing platform like GitHub Gist (https://gist.github.com/).

    Thanks for quick reply. Well I did search for any fatal error and there are none! The only are a few logs about mailchimp for woocommerce and one last log:

    any help pls? I did delete and reinstall woocommerce. I still have a blank backend page.

    when I search for Fatal error, I get “not match found”

    On the other hand, have you tried using a different browser or device to see if the problem persists? If not yet, kindly try that, please.

    Yes, I did try it on a different computer and on Safari. It didn’t work. It’s really odd.

    Hello @soniamcange,

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

    There are several reasons why the admin panel may go blank, including plugin or theme conflicts, corrupted files, database errors, or issues with the hosting server. From the share System Report, I was unable to notice any unusual event that could lead to a blank back end.

    In that case, could you please try reaching out to your web host to confirm if they are facing any challenges with users having blank backend?

    Let us know once your host confirms everything to be working fine from their end.

    If Siteground confirms no known issues, would you mind checking for any console errors on the WooCommerce → Home page and share these with us here?

    It might provide some helpful information on what may be causing the issue. You can read more about?using your browser console to identify errors here.

    Hey everyone, so a big thank you to all of you! I found the source of the problem. Siteground told me it was a plugin issue and found out it was: BoldThemes WordPress Importer. If it happens to anyone that uses BoldThemes deactivate this plugin and the Woocommerce home backend returns!
