    Hello I have Dokan on my website. my digital products and my physical product have separate vendors.

    When digital and physical products are ordered at the same time, only the status of physical one from the vendor becomes “completed”. The status of digital product keeps being “in process”.

    What should I do?

    By default, WooCommerce does not automatically mark orders as “completed” unless configured to do so. If you have a custom solution or a third-party plugin managing the order status, we recommend reaching out to the respective plugin’s support or the developer who implemented the custom solution.

    Hi,

    No, digital and downloadable products automatically mark as “completed” in woocommerce by default after payment without any third-party plugin!
