Unable to click anything on home page

  • It is kinda weird that home page is dimmed in darker colour and none of of the element can be clicked other that the floating social media button.

    Can’t find a clue what happen to the site. Any experts can assist on this?

    That green whatspapp link on the lower right seems to be the culprit. If you disable that plugin, does the problem go away? If so, recommend asking at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-whatsapp-chat/#new-post so the plugin’s / theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Hello, you could also have a look at the WooCommerce Product Disclaimer plugin because the dimming is due to the div#wcpd-modal-content container getting a style attribute of display: flex. If your website does not need that plugin, try disabling it to see if that helps.

    Support for that plugin is handled by WPExperts. I suggest getting in touch with them if disabling the plugin is not an option or does not help. Good luck!

    Hi Gerry, I hv tried disabled product disclaimer plugin, and the problem resolved. But the product disclaimer is required for the site, let me contact WPExperts and see.
