How to display post comment count and post tags, need help…

    Heya,
    I have a theme that displays the latest post, and with that it should display that posts tags and number of comments. Everything I’ve tried so far simply hasn’t worked, so I’m wondering if anyone can help me locate the functions I should be using to display that information. Thanks!
