Hi there! New user here finding my way, in the free version for the time being and stuck on what is probably a simple issue. I want to apply two product-specific coupons to two different products in a cart, but I’m offered just one field to enter a code and when I use that to enter the second one, it overwrites the first. What am I doing wrong? I went through the forum and couldn’t find this subject (so I may be doing two things wrong).

    Thanks regards Louis

    Hi @knowdis,

Could you please check if you don’t have the Individual Use only option enabled for your coupons? You can find it onder Usage Restriction. https://snipboard.io/CId0sF.jpg

    Hi Fauzan,

Should have mentioned that, sorry. That option is disabled. There is only a handful of products in this shop. The coupons are specific to the product (with the others disallowed). I expected to be able to apply a coupon to a product, but I can only add one to the cart.

    Hi @knowdis,

Could you please take a screenshot or screencast of both coupons setup? It’d help me understand the issue better.

Well, I checked all the settings in order to go through the steps and take screenshots – and then I couldn’t reproduce the behaviour I reported. I must have done something wrong previously. It’s working as expected. Sorry about that and thanks for your help!
