    Hello!

    We updated your plugin earlier today to version to 2.5.2. It seems that when trying to pay using the invoice option things are a bit different. At first, when you choose the option “pay via invoice” you can fill in your email adress and postal code and it gets your information which is all good. However there is no longer a box to fill out your social security number. Instead you go straight to “identify with Bank ID”, which is a new feature.

    In my mind the customer shouldn’t have to do this, he should just have to fill out his social security number and click pay. Social security number should be enough for SVEA.

    Is this part of the new update, is there a way to fix this?

    Please help!! a customer called and was unable to pay because of this.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure that I’m following on what the issue is but we haven’t released anything new regarding either invoice payment nor social security number. Also, those parts are handled by Svea so even if we tried we couldn’t make any changes there.

    Please let us know if we’re missing something or if you have any other questions!
