Error With Dowwloads

    I receive this message trying to download.

    An error occurred while trying to download the file. Please try again.

    Im getting emails from people. Ive tried on multiple browsers.

    Ive tried redoing the file, etc. Ive even tried add the link and you have to open the link in a new tab to get it to download. I dont want my users to have to do that.

    Ive been using this plugin since 2016 with no issues till now. I read a bit here in the forum first and didnt find a fix.

    Hello @kastyles,

    Please make sure that both your WordPress Address and Site Address URLs in dashboard -> Settings -> General are using https, as it seems one of them is using only http.

    The both have http.

    I’ll have to check with my host/domains.

    My host says my site is loading https?

    Im not able to change the URLs under General they are both Http.

    Hey Kelly,

    Yes, your site is loading https, that was why I suggested the issue with the http. If you can’t change the URLs in the Settings page a possible cause might be that the URLs are hard-coded in the wp-config.php file.
