The CC Field is not working on my checkout page. It was working yesterday but suddenly stopped this morning. The users always checkout as guests. We have an active sale going on that launched today so it is disabled and we are directing people to use PayPal with a different gateway plugin.

The site is using Elementor and the “Hello Elementor” theme.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @djgreer1977

It was working yesterday but suddenly stopped this morning.

Then that’s a strong indication the issue isn’t being caused directly by the Braintree plugin. Something on your site likely changed and caused this issue.

so it is disabled and we are directing people to use PayPal with a different gateway plugin.

It’s difficult to say what the issue is with the plugin disabled. I can confirm you have a Javascript error on your checkout page which could very likely be the source of the issue.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'remove')

Thanks. I disabled that plugin and it’s working now. It must have auto updated overnight or something. I’ll come back to it after this sale. Just really needed that CC to work.
