Theme import not working.

  • As you can see by visiting my website, the demo files from the VidCast theme aren’t being imported properly. I have contacted my server (EasyWP by Namecheap) and they show it is all setup with very generous php limits. It did say it has a file upload limit of 20 files. However, they say this cannot be altered.

    This is what I see when I initially try to import the demo files:
