    Hello @prettyboyelias

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

Even though this question does not relate to our plugin, I think the way you can get this done is very simple. You can simply go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > “Shipping Settings”. Here you activate the option “Force shipping to the customer billing address” and this should get you the outcome you are looking for.

Please try this and let me know if that helped you. For now, I will mark this thread as resolved, but I will still receive a notification if you respond to this thread.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Thank you, Joost!

Are you sure it’s not related to your plugin? It seems that this solution suggests passing specific params https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Sandbox-Environment/How-to-disable-billing-address-shipping-address-to-a-service/td-p/3036342

    I can’t find “Shipping > “Shipping Settings” I only see this https://gyazo.com/28c77aa6a996c92b5a3d4dfee6933a75

I forgot to let you know that we removed any shipping details from the checkout page via the plugin “WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor.” Even though we don’t have these details – PayPal still asks about shipping/billing details on their page which makes no sense for digital products

    Hello @

For me, the settings page I indicated looks like this. I do all my tests in a vanilla environment, so maybe you can turn off all other plugins to see if you can get the same menu structure as shown on the screenshot to adjust this?

Let me know if that helped. If you want to share more details with us to look at, but you don’t want to share this on a public forum, you could also open a private engagement with us here.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
