• Worst support I’ve ever experienced with a premium, $300 a year plugin. Tickets go unanswered for days. Priya G. and Jathin K. refuse to answer most questions, either ignoring them, answering one of several questions, or telling us to read documentation that does address our questions. Days later we’re still trying to get help. Our impression is that they don’t know how the plugin works!

    Same goes hear. We are premium paying customers, and exactly the same level of service. Major PHP conflicts and Zoom integrations not working. Have to re-open un-answred tickets multiple times as they expire and go unanswered. Still in development of our platform and rapidly loosing confidence in WP Event Manager

    Exactly the same experience in my case.
    I do not know how they can continue to sell this plugin. And it is hard for me to understand how other people on this forum claim things such as “Great support!” when nothing could be further from the truth.
