I have been using the plugin for a little while with my site with an S3 backup location. Just recently I ran into an issue where the backup host had to invalidate some login credentials, however, I did not get the notification before some of my backups were already triggered. That being said, I now have a number of backups that are on local disk and were not migrated to S3 storage. Is there a way to trigger Updraft to retry the upload portion of the previous backups?

  • Hello,

Unfortunately not, you would need to upload the components directly to your S3 bucket and then rescan it using the Backup / Restore >> Rescan remote storage link.

This should populate the Backup / Restore >>Existing backups section with the missing uploads component.

Please be aware that this will add any backups stored in the remote storage directory regardless of which site they were created on.

Cheers for that, I was just hoping to avoid having to manually move the failed uploads to their respective buckets. Cheers for the reply though, would be a great feature addition. ??

    You’re welcome
