Stripe fields not functioning

  • Hello,

    I am unable to type credit card info for payments. A client called me this morning about this and when I tried it myself, I noticed it wasn’t working. I called Stripe support and they told me that I need to get in touch with Woocommerce. I am not a developer and I don’t know coding or any of that. Can someone please help?

  • First deactivate the siteground optimisation plugin. Does it work then? Then it was due to the optimisations by the plugin.

    If it still doesn’t work without this plugin, please contact the support team for the Stripe plugin you are using. Due to the optimisations, I cannot currently identify which plugin it is.
