code 400, message Bad Request

  • Hello,

    We noted some logs as following, and please note that we replaced some customer info and our site domain name.

    We already noted that the customer placed order and redirect to the order-recieved page on Google GA4, but we did not recieved the order, and there is even no failed order email.

    Could you please let us know why this happened, and failed to place order?

    This error typically indicates that the format or structure of the request sent to the PayPal API does not meet the expected standards or requirements.

    One potential cause for this issue, could be related to the manual login process. If the client ID or secret key used during the manual login were incorrect or not properly configured, it would result in such errors.

    Please let us know if the problem persist after logging via onboarding wizard.
