How to remove Meta Categories from dynamic widget

  • How do I modify/remove this? I’ve checked all over the editing options and have found nothing so far.

    * Register
    * Log in
    * Valid XHTML
    * XFN
    * WordPress

    I want to modify the name “meta” as it makes no sense for my site, and I want to delete the bottom 3 links or at least change them to something related to the site. I have a dynamic sidebar and widgets. https://www.aic-chicago.org is the website. I can’t see how to change it.
