    With url like this /?121212121 not working but when remove the paramater it start working. why url parameter restrict it to load.
    Please cross check it properly and then imagine. what we feel with your plugin.

    3. The PHP version you are using.
    4. The screenshots of the options of the General, Settings, and Limitation Users tabs so that we can check out the settings configuration.
    5. Let us know whether a cache is generated on the page, where the given popup is enabled or not.

    Then, we removed the query parameter you mentioned, and the white screen was displayed for us without a popup.
