    Tracking information is not shown in the complete email.We do not use any email customization plugin. In past , the tracking numbers were being mentioned in the complete email but now it is not mentioned.
    What should I do in this case so that it appears on the email?

    Please ensure two key aspects for the proper display of tracking information in your order completion emails:

    1. Check ‘Order Emails Display’ Setting:
      • Go to your WordPress dashboard.
      • Navigate to ‘WooCommerce’ > ‘Shipment Tracking’ > ‘Settings’.
      • In the ‘General Settings’ panel, verify that the ‘Completed Order’ status is included in the ‘Order Emails Display’ option. This ensures tracking information is added to emails for completed orders.
    2. Verify Email Template in Theme:
      • Check if the ‘Completed Order’ email template in WooCommerce is being overwritten by your theme or child theme. Navigate to your theme’s folder via FTP or your hosting file manager, and look for WooCommerce email templates, typically found at wp-content/themes/your-theme/woocommerce/emails.
      • If you find an overwritten template for the ‘Completed Order’ status (like customer-completed-order.php), and it’s not displaying tracking information correctly, consider removing or renaming this file. Doing so will revert to using the default WooCommerce template, which is configured to include tracking information as set in the plugin settings.

    Completed Order’ status is not included in the ‘Order Emails Display’ option because it is not showing.

    In “Order Statuses & Notifications” , it is written that Rename the “Completed” Order status label to “Shipped”

    Did you verify the Email Template in Theme?

    I am sorry , I can not do this , this is a running website and I am getting live traffic on it .

    Oh , One important point I noticed, I am using DSER and placing orders on Aliexpress , when the tracking number is update on Aliexpress, DSER fetch and update my order details page automatically, https://ibb.co/z5jNx8q , https://ibb.co/VCydByW and “Your Kidz Country: order is now complete” email send without tracking number

    BUT sometimes,I send orders with my private agents and update the tracking number manually myself, the “Your Kidz Country: order is now complete” email send with the tracking number https://ibb.co/5xMmt1m , https://ibb.co/8z4Vt0R

    It means Aliexpress tracking is not being sending in “Your Kidz Country: order is now complete” email but my manually updated tracking is sending .

    Hi @saadshah,

    Thank you for the details about tracking updates via DSER and manual entry. It seems that when DSER updates tracking numbers from AliExpress, the order is marked as ‘completed’ before the tracking is added, which is why these numbers aren’t included in the completion emails.

    so what should I do now to resolve this issue ?

    i have the same problem, also with DSers plugin, no tracking information in email. Did you contacted DSers support about it? they reply pretty fast on messenger. they will inform tech team about this problem and they will check it, i will do the same. will send them link to this topic
