• The page I’m having problems with is to another thread dated back well more than a year, which describes the SAME issue I’m having, and which I’ve been having the SAME ticket exchanges with you, as you had back then. I find it disturbing that this bug hasn’t been resolved yet you still market this product. How can anyone run a fair game on their site when a percentage of users get told they are using a spam address. And you always answer the same blaming the mail system, when this happens entirely in your script. And to top that off, your whitelisting process doesn’t work either, so we can’t even fix the problem.

    I’ve sent everything you need, including a requested screen grab, but now I see that the issue is more than a year old. Does this mean you aren’t going to fix it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for raising this ticket.

    After reviewing your report, that several email addresses are marked as spam and prevented from spinning on your site.

    This situation might occur if these emails have previously been used to spin and were tracked in the plugin’s backend, but you haven’t permanently deleted (emptied the trash) them yet.

    Which version of the plugin are you using? as we notice the whitelist feature is only available in the premium version, therefore, please raise a ticket on our support forum for further check both the 2 issues.
