Access Staging Website

Hello! I am trying to gain access to the staging website. However, the previous admin is no longer with the company and the password reset emails are not being sent (could be because the email is now a forwarding rule and not a full inbox). Is there anyway I can gain access to this staging website? I have access to the production side but could not find a way in to staging. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

you could manually change a user’s password in the users table for the STAGING site if you have access to the database used for the staging site. which vendor is being used for staging site (you might need to ask the vendor for guidance to find the database)
