Insert photos ?

  • Hi,
    I would like to know the Asgaros forum:
    1. can a user insert photos or video on their comments ?
    2. only me can publish the topic? to avoid the users publish too much topics.
    3. I need all users who must to subscribe ( by WordPress) before publish their comments, to limit the users publish their comments without subscription.
