cannot read properties of undefied

    Hey there,

    I just tried out the amazing “social engine” and I would love to see and test all the features. Unfortunately, I am not able to schedule any post. I have connected Instagram and a Facebook page. Whenever I try to create a new social media post, I get the following error message (with a very red backgound) :

    ?? Error
    Sorry, an error occured! Don’t worry, I will fix this, so simply let me know about it.
    Here is some information about it:

    Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘length’)

    Actually I thought I did all the required steps: Creating an App, I have a professsional, say business account on Instagram and all the tokens seemed to have worked. Happy for any support!

    Thank you for reporting. This will be fixed very soon in the next update. In the meantime, you can create a social post directly from a wordpress post, which should work. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience. ??

    Would you allow two more questions:

    • when will the next update come?
    • where can I generate social posts directly from the wordpress posts? I don’t see that option, maybe my configuation is not correct?
