    Hi,

Paypal plugin will not pass the the postal address from Woocomerce form to paypal transaction.

in paypal transaction detail i can see We have no postal address on file.

product name, pricing, and email address of the customer are passing thrue to paypal.

problem is that acording to paypal Payments without a shipping address are not covered by PayPal’s seller protection policies and programs.

    im working with version 2.4.2?

    how can i fix this?

    Hello @itsme889

I assume that the “Virtual” checkbox is checked for this product. Virtual products, by their nature, do not require shipping, and as such, WooCommerce does not pass shipping details, including the postal address, to PayPal.

To resolve this issue uncheck the “Virtual” checkbox. After making this adjustment, try processing a transaction to see if the postal address is now included in the PayPal transaction details.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Hello @itsme889

Could you please confirm if this behavior persists when you conduct a conflict test with a payment in sandbox mode?

Conflict test involves disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments. For conducting test transactions, I suggest using a sandbox account. You can find detailed instructions on how to set up and use a sandbox account for testing purposes here: Testing in Sandbox.
