Number of page links

    It could just be something about the way my site is set up, but I cannot seem to get this plugin to do something like, only show three next/previous page number links at a time. I tried adjusting the related settings, but the page numbers just keep growing within the pagination area.

    I do have it inserted manually, using the function. Could that be why?

    The plugin calculates the number of page links displayed. There is no setting for them.

    Ok, I don’t understand what the settings are for then. The ones where the recommended settings are 3, 1, and 3. I was thinking those settings let you control the number of page links. What do those do?

    You are correct. When I looked at the code, it did not appear to be receiving any inputs. Try setting Page Range 1, Page Anchors 1, Page Gap 1.

    It seems no matter what numbers I input, there are no changes. I wonder if that part of the plugin was accidentally broken during an update? Or something changed in WP core? No worries though, it’s not a big deal for me personally.

    I have exactly the same issue – range doesn’t seem to be functioning. Was there a solution?

    I’ve tested it. It seems to be working a it was designed, perhaps not as what you are expecting.

    The range settings appear to have no effect at all though. The number of page links shown always stays the same.

    @paulmist I never figured it out. I ended up building something from scratch. That part of the plugin is either fully broken, or doesn’t work with certain themes.
