    Hi,

    I have received email completed order for 2nd payment of a customer but in Stripe dashboard does not appear and suscriptions it’s “On-hold” in suscriptions table and I have this error on woocommerce orders :?

    Stripe Failed Reason (The provided PaymentMethod was previously used with a PaymentIntent without Customer attachment, shared with a connected account without Customer attachment, or was detached from a Customer. It may not be used again. To use a PaymentMethod multiple times, you must attach it to a Customer first.)

    Could you help me?

    Please tell us is this happened with any specific user or with all payments of Stripe users, this is happening for you,

    Also if you have any screenshot of error, than please send us, so we can have closer look over it

    Hello, It only happened with one user. I made a trial subscription with other user and today the second subscription was charged without error. I change from test api to production and back again and I don’t know if that caused the failed charge the first time. Another question is that I use a plugin for stripe management fees but the stripe management fee is only charged in the first subscription, not in the second charge. Could you help with this?

    Hi,I have already run a daily suscription in production and the subscription is ok. I tried a daily subscription but the payment is never made at the same time. It is delayed between 2 and 3 hours and the payment was almost made the next day. Can a time be set for payment?

    Hi again,

    Does it mean any traffic (i.e. client requests without being logged) or admin traffic (i.e. access to the administration panel, for example)?

    For the subscription renewal and avoid any type of traffic, could be possible to select any plugin configuration to solve this issue? It means that the renewal of the subscription would be automatically.

    We are using the woocommerce scheduler for the renewal payment, it happens automatically
    And scheduler works when your site has some traffic

    Thanks, then could you confirm to me if it is not necessary to be logged in to run the scheduler? Can traffic be generated by any user who visits the website?

    Hello,

    Here the traffic means, that a user should visit your site and it does not matter whether he logs in or not, it can be a guest user as well
