gutenverse form – multi select – several fields are mixed

I have found problems when I am using two or more multi select blocks. Even if their IDs are different, the answer given from the user is received in the entry info, for each block, as the sum of the options chosen in each block.

For example, I have 2 multiselect blocks:

• id “MS”, with potential answers “option 4”, “option 5” and “option 6”

• id “MS2”, with potential answers “option 1”, “option 2” and “option 3”

If the user answers in MS “option 6” and in MS2 “option 2” and “option 3”, the entry info received for both MS and MS2 is “option 6”, “option 2” and “option 3″…
