    The available store credits are not showing during checkout and customers cannot redeem them. I have personally checked and despite having a credit balance in the account, there was no notice about the available credit , nor an option to redeem.

    I’m a paid customer but the support forum in the advanced coupons website doesn’t work. So I’m here with my question. Despite of several attempts, the support forum doesn’t send the mail.

    Hi guys, are you using the new Cart/Checkout blocks by chance?

    We release some compatibility with it just before Christmas but just about to drop the last parts in Jan to make it 100% compatible.

    If you’re not using the new block based cart and checkout and you’re also on the latest version, please double check Store Credits is turned on in the settings and under Settings->Modules as well.

    @icejo as you’re a paid customer please also try sending us a message via the support page on our site. It is working and we’re receiving tickets from others. You can also directly email [email protected] if you have trouble.

    Hi Josh, Thanks for the reply. I’m using Woofunnels checkout and I guess it’s compatible with Advanced coupons. It worked perfectly so far but for about 2-3 months ( I guess) it hasn’t been working. I’m not sure when exactly did it stop working though. I updated to the latest version yesterday but the issue remains same- Redeem option doesn’t show up. However I’m now in touch with the support and he doubts the issue is something related to the theme. A staging access has been given and waiting to hear from the support.

    Hey @icejo, thanks for the extra info.

    WooFunnels is now called FunnelKit Funnel Builder, so you may be on an older version? We have integrated with the latest version of FunnelKit so just make sure both our plugin and theirs is up to date.

    We’re in close contact with their team so let me know if you run into any issue there and I can follow up.

    Hi @jkohlbach , yes I’m using Woofunnels Aerocheckout (must be old version). Although it has an option to add store credit segment to the fields, it doesn’t shop up on the front-end.

    I temporarily replaced the checkout page with one of the funnel kit checkout and yes, the apply store credit option is visible. So I guess that’s the issue. Thanks for the responses.
