I have two problems, when I click on the form, it goes to the mailpoet page, how do I delete the page and a message appears when the customer enters the email?

I would also like to know how I can leave the popup configured on my cell phone, when it opens on my cell phone, a part appears, it is not centered.

You will need to tweak this form with custom CSS to align them based on the devices. Please note mobile devices come in different sizes and tweaking these to align in the centre will need extensive testing on various device sizes.
