Adding HTML links inside labels

Is it possible to add a link within label text?

For example, a required checkbox with text: “I agree to the site Terms.”

I would like the word “Terms” to be a link, such as:

<a >Terms</a>

I tried with escape quote \” and single quotes ‘ without success.
