    The link you provided is broken. Check the order notes, do they provide any info?

    Go to your Woocommerce – Status – Logs page. Is there a “fatal-errors” log file with a recent timestamp? If so please share that log file’s entries.

    I do see “fatal errors” but not in the date of the orders failed as “waiting payment”.

    I’ve checked the plugin settings and i do have :
    Transaction Type: Capture
    Environment : Production

    Hi @martymcfly2015,

    From your screenshot I see orders with a status of Waiting for payment. That doesn’t tell me much about what’s going on.

    I recommend you attempt a purchase on the site and verify for yourself that payments can be made. You can set the plugin to authorize payments that way you can cancel your test payment and not incur any transaction fees.

    From the information you have provided, I don’t see any issues with the PayPal plugin.

    I followed your procedure, and this is what happened when reaching Paypal after connecting successfully to my account :

    Payment do not proceed, and indeed on my admin dashboard, i see the order as “waiting payment”

    You can’t process a payment using the same PayPal account that you connected the plugin to. You need to use a different PayPal account.
