There are two ways to translate plugins:

1. You can use Loco Translate plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/loco-translate/ to translate all strings on your website for all plugins themes.

2. Also, you can get in touch with your locale translation team on WordPress via this link: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/ocean-social-sharing/ or go to https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ocean-social-sharing/#developers > The Translators link(recommended).
