    the comapny occasionally me annoying spam messages in the wordpress dashboard…doh!

    the email spam filtering is not quite as good as the one in the default installation (I forget what its called) eg I might have 1% falsely flagged comments as spam

    What kind of annoying spam messages in the wordpress dashboard do you receive?

    I’ve analyzed the requests in your Anti-Spam logs and made my own test. Sometimes some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This may cause false positives.
    I have temporarily changed the filtering settings in our cloud for your site. There shouldn’t be false positives right now, but it will also increase the chance of spam skipping. The changes will take effect within an hour.
    We need to investigate further. Please open a ticket.

    Thank you for the feedback and I’m really sorry for this issue.

    We’ve just released an update for the plugin that doesn’t allow showing the banner if the user dismissed it in the plugin or in the Dashboard.
