    Good morning,
I have email addresses disappearing from my lists. They are neither in the unsubscribed nor inactive nor in the trash.

How could I solve this problem?

    thank you

  • Hi there @tchitcho30,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear about the issue. Your subscribers are stored in your site’s database and we don’t have any access to it.

Are there any specific subscribers missing from specific lists? For example, WordPress users or WooCommerce customers?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Hi there!

Only members who have registered on the newsletter form.

Can you please share a link to the form, as well as share further details as to what you mean by disappearing?

Are the subscribers never added to a list, or do you mean that existing subscribers in the list are missing?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

    Here is the link https://www.reflexion-et-conscience.be/#newsletter

and the subscribers are added to the list and then they disappear and we cannot find them on any of the lists.
    Newsletter list: disappeared
    Unsubscribe list: Nothing
    Trash: Nothing

    Thank you for your help

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the link. That’s an Elementor form and not a MailPoet form:

Can you please follow the steps under Create a Subscription Form with our Form Editor – Documentation to set up a MailPoet form and let us know how that goes?

    Good morning,
Thank you for your response, however I would like to keep the elementor form, it’s compatible isn’t it?

subscribers arrive in the lists. But some disappear, do you think the elementor form would delete the subscribers?

    Thank you

    Hi there!

It should be compatible as per MailPoet Plugin Integrations, yes. At the moment, we are not requesting you to delete that form, but create a form directly with MailPoet to test how that works.

subscribers arrive in the lists. But some disappear, do you think the elementor form would delete the subscribers?

Since at this point the issue is replicable with the Elementor form, they’re the best source of support to see what is happening here.

That said, can you please share your findings with a form created via MailPoet?

Hi, jumping in, if I may. I have the same issue with my newsletter subscribers. I have a MailPoet form. The users are able to subscribe, the newsletter sends, they receive it, and then their emails disappear from the list. Nobody unsubscribed. It is not happening with all subscribers, only new ones. My site is hookedbythatbook.com.

    Hello @hookedbythatbook

Please create a new topic in this forum and include a URL to your form within that topic so that we can continue investigating there.

    Will do, thanks.

    Howdy @tchitcho30!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please start a new thread.

    Cheers!

    @hookedbythatbook, Thank you!
