I updated to the latest version of the planner and now the colors are all gone in the calendar view. Everything is brown making it impossible to differentiate between published and unpublished posts. How do I fix this?

There should be a notice inside the plugin saying that the custom statuses feature has moved to this plugin:

Is this only for paid versions? Because I have the free version and the instructions at that link don’t seem to match up. I don’t have a “statuses” section.

Hi! im having the same issue. i was using Planner for long time, but now all appears gray. is there any other way to use colors or we have to have both plugins installed?

why did you took out this amazing feature ??

Ive read the news article youve posted, but it does not show if we are going to have still the planner calendar with the colors in the new plugin.

Correct, if you’re using Planner to customize your statuses, those features are now in the new plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/publishpress-statuses/

Sorry about this disruption, but we think many users will appreciate the new status-related features gained by installing the new plugin. Your Planner Calendar will definitely continue to be supported through plugin integration, but moving statuses definition into a separate plugin will allow us to take it in some interesting new directions.

We just released Planner 4.0.2 to restore default status colors when the Statuses plugin is not active. After installing PublishPress Statuses, the same custom statuses (and any colors you set for them) will return, along with the ability to create and organize more through the Statuses menu.

Feel free to follow up if you have any more questions or issues.

So what do we use for a published post? Does that have a separate color?

Actually, I figured that out. I just can’t find how to change the color from inside the post. Is there a way to designate a color/designation I created for a particular post?

Are you using PublishPress Planner + PublishPress Statuses or only PublishPress Planner?
