Plugins page wont show

Hi I was creating a post and wanted to edit in quick view . Quick view wouldn’t activate, so disabled all plugins, and went back to edit the post.

When I tried to reactivate all plugins , it did it but will not show the anything on the plugins page.

any ideas as to how I can fix this?
