I used to install free feature Post Status of PublishPress Planner, customized and started to use it for editorial process of a multi-author site. After a while the feature is disabled in PublishPress Planner and forwarded to install this plugin. All customization and editorial organization of my project has gone waste. Because status control functions requires Pro version on the post edit screen.

There were four more custom status options in publish box before installation. Can I get them here again?

@gokcer Thanks for that screenshot. Can you share what you do see in the dropdown, please?

All custom statuses should now be available via “Statuses” in your WordPress admin menu:

Hi Steve, I couldn’t find a way to delete the review, but I have updated it as the problem solved as I sincerly believe that the result will be “solved”.
I really like the work you do; and I truly apologize for creating a perception of an institutional problem.

Hi @gocker. Our developer says the Pro message is a bug in the first release of this new plugin. It’s a very old caption that we had forgotten about in the PublishPress Permissions. We can prepare an update to clear it next week.

The four custom statuses seem correct here, I had created them via Planner. But these are not present in the status options of post edit page. They are also present inside Quick Edit box. But we need them on the post edit page for our editorial operation.

Hi @gokcer. Thanks sharing the screenshot. Can you try moving the statuses into the top area? Put them in the same area as “Draft” and “Pending Review”.

Thanks for your support. Please consider that our editorial processes have been stopped until your reply ??

    Thanks @gokcer.

    • It looks like the 2 statuses you see are in Turkish. Is that correct?
    • It looks like those 2 statuses do not appear in our plugin. Is that correct?
    • It looks like you have customized the access control for the statuses? I see changes inside the “Roles” column. Is that correct?

@gokcer Can you please temporarily deactivate the PublishPress Permissions plugin so we can isolate the cause of your issue?

@gokcer Please also go to Statuses > Settings and disable the bottom checkbox. Let me know if that makes any difference.

@stevejburge, the 2 visible statuses are the default WP statuses: “Draft” and “Pending Review” on publish box of post edit page. They appear with Turkish translation; I apologize for the confusion.

@kevinb, that is what I was thinking for. I’ll be back.

@kevinb, Disabling Permissions didn’t work. I still see only two default options. But the “go for pro” warning gone. Which had made me think that the plugin has a pro version <- (@stevejburge ?? )
