WAVE accessibility report showing missing form label error

I took a look at your site. The issue is related to accessibility features and missing labels from the captcha field. Due to the nature of this field, the label shouldn’t cause actual accessibility problems since the captcha is hidden in this case and not something a user would interact with.
However, as a note for the accessibility features in general, at this time, we’re not fully WCAG compliant since it depends on the kind of form that you are planning to create and the fields you’d like to add to this form.
Beginning in version 1.8.1, WPForms has improved accessibility and we have plans to improve the web accessibility compliance further both on the front end and administrator side.
