• Customers who have their credit card number saved to the vault experience a reload loop when they try to change the shipping method at checkout. Refreshing the browser reloads the page with the correct method selected but not an intuitive UX. Manually removing the vault token from the account resolves the issue as well.

    Hi @dingo13

Customers who have their credit card number saved to the vault experience a reload loop when they try to change the shipping method at checkout.

This plugin doesn’t have any logic that pertains to the UX of shipping methods. Can you clarify what you mean by a reload loop? Are you saying the checkout page just keep refreshing?

This doesn’t sound like any issue related to the Braintree plugin.

    Thanks

Correct. The page keeps refreshing. Removing the vault token so no credit card is saved fixes the issue.

It sounds like you have a conflict somewhere but from the information you have shared I don’t see how this is a Braintree plugin issue.

There isn’t any logic that would trigger a page reload.
