There is little precision in the product search section in WooCommerce, and many products are displayed that are not even named in the title. How can I solve this problem?

    Hello mohsen2677,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that you’re encountering an issue with unrelated products being displayed that do not match the names you are expecting in the titles.

The keyword you’re entering in the search might be present within the product description or other searchable content fields, which is why these products appear in your search results. WooCommerce’s search functionality includes various product data, not just the product title.

To investigate this issue further and to provide a more accurate solution, could you please share the link to the products in question? This will allow me to take a closer look and better understand what might be occurring with the search results on your shop page.

Once you provide the link, I’ll be more than happy to assist you in resolving this matter. ??

    Have a great day!

I checked according to your order and found that the word (Borage flower) is used in the text of those pages

Can I set it to be read only from the title of the pages?

    Hello @mohsen2677,

Can I set it to be read only from the title of the pages?

I found this plugin on GitHub limits the product (admin) search to titles only: https://github.com/debba/woocommerce-admin-product-search-by-title-only

Since it’s more than 6 years old, I suggest testing it on a staging environment first. :?)

    Hope it helps!

Another problem is that the WordPress dashboard is a bit slow. In general, I installed 22 plugins, but this slowness is much more in the WooCommerce section than in other sections.
Is there a way to speed it up?

    Hi @mohsen2677,

The number of plugins you have installed can indeed affect the speed of your dashboard. However, it’s also important to ensure your plugins, WordPress, and WooCommerce are all up-to-date, as updates often contain performance improvements.

One suggestion to help speed up your WooCommerce section is to use the Jetpack and Jetpack Boost plugins. Jetpack can help optimize your images and static files, reducing the load on your server and improving the speed of your WooCommerce section.

Another option is our Woo Express, which includes high-speed, managed WordPress hosting designed for optimum performance. It also comes with priority live chat support to help you with any future concerns you might have.

I hope this clarifies your concern. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Since this site exists in Iran and there is a filtering problem to access the WooCommerce site, will this plugin not be disturbed?

Also, the following image was sent to me by the hosting company and it is said that this slowness of the counter is related to two links that are created related to the Gravatar site.
Can I remove or disable gravatar?
Or anything that can eliminate this slowness from the Gravatar site?

    Hello @mohsen2677,

Since this site exists in Iran and there is a filtering problem to access the WooCommerce site, will this plugin not be disturbed?

While we strive to make WooCommerce available globally, we understand that certain regions may face filtering issues. However, the Jetpack and Jetpack Boost plugins should work as long as you can access the WordPress plugin repository.

Can I remove or disable gravatar?
Or anything that can eliminate this slowness from the Gravatar site?

Yes, it’s possible to disable it if you believe it’s causing slowdowns. You can do this by going to Settings > Discussion. Under “Avatar Display”, uncheck the box that says “Show Avatars”. This will stop WordPress from making calls to the Gravatar service.

Also, it might be worth considering a caching plugin like Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster, LiteSpeed Cach, or W3 Total Cache. These can help to disable Gravatar and speed up your site by storing a copy of your pages in a cache and serving that to visitors, which can reduce the load on your server.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I installed the Jetpack Boost plugin and made the necessary settings, but I did not see any change in speed

I am currently using Rocket, which is great, but the site is still slow, especially on WooCommerce

Do you have any other solution?

    (@shameemreza)

    Hi @mohsen2677,

If you’re still experiencing slow speeds on WooCommerce even after using Jetpack Boost and WP Rocket, a few more options might be worth considering.

First, you could use a Content Delivery Network (CDN) like Jetpack’s Site Accelerator and Cloudflare. This can help speed up image load times, a common cause of slowdowns on WooCommerce sites.

Second, you may want to consider optimizing your images before uploading them to your site. Several plugins on www.ads-software.com plugin repositery can help with this, such as EWWW Image Optimizer, or Smush Image Compression and Optimization.

You can also enable HPOS, which can optimized for WooCommerce queries to improve store performance.

Alternatively, you may consider upgrading to a higher-tier hosting plan, like Woo Express. It is specifically optimized for WooCommerce, which can significantly improve your site’s performance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
