Reviews do not download

Hi,

The plugin was working great until I tried to download my latest reviews. I get an error message “Your reviews are being downloaded. This process should only take a few minutes.” and the reviews are not being downloaded. It is stack with the above error.

I reinstalled the plugin, I clear the plugin settings from the “Advanced” page but nothing seems to work. I have the latest version installed. Cache cleared and disabled.
