Flipbox Preview edit problem

  • Hello,
    For some time now, only the window for editing a preview has been displayed too far up and too far to the left. I have already tried to find this part by examining the browser so that I can adjust it in the additional CSS. Unfortunately without success.
    Perhaps one of you can tell me how I can adjust this.
    It may well have been caused by another add-on, but unfortunately I can’t get rid of my add-ons as they are all in use.

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the late reply.

    It can be conflict with other plugins. So deactivate other plugin one by one and check. After that let us know.

    Sorry for the late reply, in this case a plugin is to blame.
    The affected plugin: Ansar Import
    (Ansar Import for Importing demo data Themeansar Theme.)

    I deactivated it today, I’ll see if deactivating it will cause me problems over time. As far as I know, it is a plugin from the manufacturer of the WP template.
