Error when uploading to Elementor

    Hello, I’m trying to upload my website but I’m not having success.

    It is a sales page that is basically based on images.

    When I upload my website, the files do not appear in my media, that is, the theme files are not transferred to my website and this causes the theme to be completely broken.

    I tested it on other websites and also on different hosts and the error persists.

    Hi there,

    Could you please provide us with a screencast showing how you exported the template from the source site so we can further investigate? You can use tool such as loom.com to record your screen.
