    When there is only one shipping carrier active, how can we make it so that it is automatically selected on the orders pages where tracking is added manually?

    I am not talking about the pro feature of automatically selecting the carrier based on the tracking number but for situations like mine where I only have USPS for a carrier active it should be default set to that instead of me manually having to select USPS everytime when it is the only option.

    Hi @themassapothecary,

    Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce Free plugin does not offer the functionality to set a default shipping carrier.

    However, this feature is available in our PRO plugin.

    @gaurav1092 thank you for the quick reply.

    Like I said though, I’m not talking about the pro auto detect feature. It’s pointless when there’s only one carrier to have to click select carrier then the 1 and only option.

    There should be a quick function you can give me in short code snippet to have it select either the only carrier or even the first carrier and have it have atleast one carrier it is set to by default.

    Note too, this was never an issue till you guys changed the way the tracking is added in last couple updates.

    separately, I am also curious.

    With pro version are there better templates for emails or same as free version. Also the tracking display on front end for users is there more styling options or setups or same as free?

    Currently, we don’t have a code snippet available to automatically set a default shipping carrier.

    Regarding the PRO version, while it offers additional email templates for ‘Shipped’ and ‘Partially Shipped’ order statuses, the design of the tracking widget remains consistent with the free version. There are no additional styling options or setups for the tracking display on the frontend in the PRO version.
