3.57 Not Working Correctly

    Since updating to 3.57 I get the following error.
    In an album, if I click on a gallery it shows the thumbs ok, however in that gallery if I click on the breadcrumb link to the album above the gallery, then click on a gallery no images are shown and I get the following message “No images were found”.

    I am sorry to hear of the problem persisting in your case.

    Could you please try deleting NextGen Gallery plugin, then install it (3.57) new and check again to see if that’ll fix the problem?

    Thanks for giving that a try. Our developers have detected the issue and they’ll work on fixing it.

    In the meantime, I suggest you to temporarily downgrade to NextGen Gallery 3.41 that can be downloaded from here.

    Thank you for updating the plugin, however after nearly a month of waiting for this particular bug to be resolved I find that the problem still persists.

    Can you give me some sort of idea when the above will be resolved.

    I am sorry to inform you that the bug has not been resolved, I have updated three sites to 3.58 and all three still show the same error.

    Likewise. v3.58 still has the same error

    There is the workaround which is to disable the breadcrumbs in gallery settings. That forces the user to either use the main page breadcrumbs list or use backarrow. Backarrow goes back to the album and a second gallery does display from there. However it would be nice if this workaround was only temporarily required.
